(More customer reviews)Overall, quite good. Takes a little thought to program, but is logical. Parts seem of good quality. Good design. The only consistent issue is the 'trigger mechanism' which needs to be perfectly in place (where the container meets the base), thereby allowing the machine to auto-function and deliver food. Several times (due to a human bumping it), the mechanism got moved slightly and halted the machine (intentional design). The next version of this product should strive to connect the container to the base more securely.
But overall, great product and I strongly endorse it.
