(More customer reviews)I own a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the 4 inch bowl height is perfect for her. What amazes me about this bowl is that the designer could not possibly have used it. Notice how the stainless steel bowl is recessed in the plastic shell. Well, there is no easy way to get it out. You will end up digging your fingernails underneath the lip of the bowl just to get at it. Now picture the bowl full of water. Try to get the bowl out, and you'll have water spilling everywhere. Could have been a good dog bowl if it weren't for this design flaw.
