(More customer reviews)I have 2 male Yorkies, 2 yrs. and 7 mos. They are both VERY picky eaters. They would prefer to eat people food. I have finally convinced my husband and mother they are better with just pet food (although I still catch Grandma slipping them crackers occassionally!) I found that they would rather go days without food than eat dry, very good high quality dry food I might add. Finally I ordered this canned food and I add a small spoonful to their dish with the dry food and mix it all together. Wow, they wolf it down and lick the dish. I also had a problem with them getting up 3 or 4 times in the night and picking at their food. Now they eat AM and PM and sleep better in the night. The food is gooey and soft when I open the can (great for mixing) but after sitting in the refrig. awhile it gets stiffer. I use a spoon I run under hot water and add a drop of hot water and it melts the fat and makes it much more mixable. All I can say is that my dogs love it. Do they still beg? Yes, but that will only end when my mother quits sneaking them bites!
