(More customer reviews)It works ok but not as easily as shown. Many products flow easily and will fill the bottom section completely making them difficult to get out without spilling. There can't be more than a couple pounds of food in the unit illustrated. (The Amazon illustrations are altered copies of others online. Someone felt the need to remove the background but the image is the same otherwise.)
Gamma Plastics, the maker, needs to provide a baffle to go inside the thing so it doesn't fill the bottom so high. Simply blocking the opening between sections doesn't stop this from happening with many food shapes.
If you have one or can't wait for Gamma to fix this... You can make such a baffle and if you're handy it can be installed from the top with NO alteration to the bin itself.
Even with such a baffle, the bin can hold the rated load. Tho you may have to shake it a little to get in the last bit or pour some into the bottom. (Just how you fit the baffle determines how easy that last bit goes in.)
Note, this is the same one listed as a 45# container elsewhere. Exact load varies be density of product. This listing shows a middle number from the product literature.
